Join us for a Fireside Chat with Zachery Curran, the current Foreman at the New Hampton Fish Hatchery. His presentation, “New Hampton Fish Hatchery: Past, Present and Future” will highlight the hatchery’s historical roots, learn about its current operations, and gain insights into plans for modernization and ecological stewardship. New Hampshire Fish and Game received funding through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to improve water quality and operational efficiency by modernizing and improving these facilities. The project is slated for completion by the end of 2026. Curran brings an authoritative perspective to the discussion, making this a meaningful opportunity for both local residents and environmental enthusiasts. This program is free and open to the public. Registration is required, seating is limited and will open on October 1, 2025 - check back for more details. The Slim Baker Lodge is located at 301 New Chester Mountain Road, Bristol, NH.
