Join local sugar maker, Jeff Beach, from the Hill Village Bible Church for an Outdoor Workshop Series on Maple Sugaring. The Maple Sugaring Class: From Tree to Table workshop will be held primarily outdoors, requiring proper attire for the weather and woodland travel. Jeff will present all aspects of the Maple operation from tree identification, tapping the tree, different methods of collection, boiling off the water, and finishing in the kitchen to produce Maple Syrup. This program is free and open to the public, located at the Slim Baker Area, 301 New Chester Mountain Road, Bristol.
